Google TV: Watch Movies & TV App Reviews

There is no way to sort through my movies by release date or recently added. Seems like such a basic feature. I have over 300 movies and it’s inconvenient to go through alphabetically only.

I really think this is just trash.... It’s a scam! ???????

Okay I hate thats I am not able to purchase movies from the app, I don’t understand why I’m forced to go to a computer or use a web app to buy a movie when it would be much more convenient to do it with in the app itself. Also I loved to see a quick update to support the iPhone X, Thanks

Google play is so wack! I downloaded the app, chose a movie only to get a continuous thinking circle, infact it’s still circling as I’m typing this review.. such a big disappointment!! Don’t waste your time!! ??‍♀️

Loses connection when casting to chromecast or Vizio SmartCast tv AND on 2 separate Apple TVs it’ll play for a while then it disconnects, or it’ll play without sound...I really want this to work because I use both, but you’re killing me here

We seriously need a way to archive movies or shows. I watched some of the free shows and short movies, just to check them out, not knowing that they will be stuck in my library forever!! So please add an archive button to unclutter my library. Thank you.

I love being able to access my movies everywhere. My kids love it too

Tired of just looking at the trailers! Cant seem o find out how to play a movie! I give up! Where to you pay? I dont get it! Should be easier to figure it out! I give up!

I have an old iPod touch 5 so it takes time to load but plays very well once loaded. And that is offline.

No option to watch movies full screen on iPhone X or iPad. All movies look tiny as a result. iTunes movies are all full screen.

The Google Play Movies app is great. It plays at high quality while also integrating movies to youtube. The ui is intuitive and simple, and the the recommendations are nice. The wishlisting option is also nice. However, the app does have one huge problem for me. The primary reason for using this app is due to integration with other services like moviesanywhere or vudu. The biggest issue is that not all movie carry over from these services (probably due to licensing.) without the UV integration, the app doesn’t have my full collection and is therefore less important to me than vudu.

Where are the movies? A list of 20 movies isn’t cutting it!

Got this app, because iTunes is run by mentally challenged monkeys. Almost a week and TV shows still not listed for download? That equals a total fail. So google play it will have to be.

Come on Google almost all of Microsoft office has been updated for this phone. It’s a little odd that you haven’t caught up with your play services.

A TV series isnt that outrageously expensive. Very nice feature that when you pause during play, you get the characters real name. Kinda cool - wish other streaming services would have that. Like I said, very nice experience!
