Lost money

I bought a movie from Germany and the language said “English” when I clicked play it was in Spanish! Wtf! Noneone from google support could explain why and of course they never gave me the money back, I wrote like 5 complains to claim the money . I rent a movie that I’ve never had, because they gave me the wrong product. So be careful, maybe you spend money for nothing.
