Google Play is a rip off if

I dont know if its because I have an iPhone, but the Google Play Movie App is crap! I rented a movie on my iPhone7 and casted it to my Chromecast. Played beautifully. Tried to do it again a couple weeks later and I get this bunk error about how Ive downloaded this video to the maximum number of devices. Which is funny, since I just rented it and downloaded it to only 1 device.

Not only do I will I not bother with this s**t app, I just may throw my Chromecast in the garbage if this is how things are going to be. I can only rent a movie once? B-S!
