I want to love this--but the customer service....
I want to love this app, because I have gotten substantial gift cards for Google Play and I love my google chromecast. I would prefer to use that for my content; however, the customer service has gone from great to awful. They are routinely days to weeks late supplying content, unlike other content providers. If they would just refund for the series they dont update, I would have no problem, but getting a refund is almost impossible, even though the problem is theirs. They dont have a real person behind their emails, and they dont respond to their tweets or direct message on twitter, unlike other reputable companies. If you can get a hold of a person by deep diving for the customer service number, they will not care or in any way try to make up for the inconvenience. Pretty much if you dont like paying for content that isnt provided as agreed, you are just out of luck. This is the complete opposite of my experience with Amazon. They will be getting my business from now on.
