Does not work

I downloaded the iPhone app, rented a movie via the Google website, and clicked Play; the app opened but there was no way to make the movie play— it was not even in my apps Library! I tried rebooting and made certain I was logged into Gmail and had Chromecast running but still no luck. Now Im stuck with a rental fee and no way to view it on TV. I never have this kind of trouble with Netflix or Hulu, just occasional streaming glitches.
